REGIONAL FLAGSHIP – COLORADO

Miller DesignWorks directed the transformation of an abandoned airline call center on a full city block into a flagship facility for a regional health care provider. The 44,000 SF renovation, 9,000 SF expansion and complete site upgrade houses an administrative headquarters, a medical clinic, an ambulatory surgical center, and conference facilities.

REGIONAL FLAGSHIP – NEW MEXICO

A complete remodel of a 10,000 SF commercial building to serve the clinical and administrative programs of a regional health care provider. The adaptive reuse organized the plan around existing light monitors for daylit infused spaces.

FAMILY PLANNING CLINICS

After developing a prototype clinic design for a regional health care provider, Miller DesignWorks completed tenant improvements for facilities in Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico. The clinics consistently project strong brand identity while fostering an atmosphere of patient care, comfort, and confidentiality.
